About Veralix Aegis
Veralix Aegis is the reference implementation of the Truth Intelligence Architecture (TIA) — an open, peer-reviewed methodology framework for digital evidence integrity. Developed by the Veralix Foundation, Aegis ensures that every piece of digital evidence maintains cryptographic chain-of-custody from acquisition through court presentation.
Dual-Entity Governance
Veralix operates under a dual-entity model designed to protect research integrity from commercial influence. The Veralix Foundation (501(c)(3) nonprofit) owns the Truth Intelligence Architecture: research standards, patents, methodology, and open-source tools. Veralix LLC delivers the Truth Intelligence Platform (TIP): production software implementing TIA standards for operational forensic work.
